A satisfaction guarantee can give you a route to raise a concern about a paid reading. It does not necessarily mean a full cash refund. Some policies provide account credit or time with another reader, and many have short deadlines, caps and eligibility rules.

You can value a spiritual reading and still understand the purchase carefully. Read the service policy before paying, especially if a promotion describes the session as “free” or “risk-free.”

Six checks before booking

Six checks before relying on a psychic service guarantee: remedy, deadline, cap, eligibility, support channel and records. Full text follows.
Check the actual policy before booking. Open the full-size guide.
  1. Remedy: cash refund, account credit or time back?
  2. Deadline: when must the request be submitted?
  3. Cap: how much money or reading time is covered?
  4. Eligibility: first reading, most recent paid session or another defined condition?
  5. Support channel: where must you submit the request?
  6. Records: keep the receipt, applicable terms and session details.

Five published policies compared

These summaries were checked on 14 October 2026. The linked current policy and your purchase conditions take priority.

Service Published route Important limit
PsychicOz Eligible resolution requests within 48 hours after a live reading ends or email delivery Cases reviewed individually; do not assume automatic cash or unlimited credit
California Psychics Help page describes seven days for first-reading credit and 24 hours for the most recent subsequent paid reading Credit is described; current guarantee conditions apply
Psychic Source Paid-reading account-credit request within 24 hours Unused-balance refunds are separate; the company may refuse a credit request
Keen Up to $25 in Keen credit, requested within 72 hours Once every 30 days; promotional and unpaid funds excluded; approval or partial credit discretionary
Kasamba Advertises up to $50 refund for the first reading Terms require refund requests within seven days and describe discretion; confirm eligibility

Cash, credit and time back are different

A cash refund returns an eligible amount through the relevant payment route. Account credit remains on the platform, and time back may be intended for another reading. You may not want another session, so establish the difference before relying on the policy.

A platform may also refund unused prepaid funds under rules separate from a completed-reading complaint. Do not combine the two into a promise that all spending can be recovered.

First-reading offers can differ from ongoing cover

California Psychics’ help page distinguishes a first-reading credit window from later paid readings. Kasamba’s promoted guarantee is framed around the first reading. Keen uses a rolling 30-day interval rather than a new entitlement at the start of each calendar month.

These differences make a simple “yes” in a comparison table inadequate. Check which purchase qualifies, whether promotional funds count and whether previous credits affect eligibility.

Other time-back examples

Mysticsense’s policy describes up to ten minutes of conditional time-back credit for the last paid reading, requested within 48 hours, with additional frequency and same-reader restrictions.

PathForward’s promise describes a request within one day and time back up to 20 minutes for the last reading, with a separate DM provision. The page also contains broader refund wording, so confirm the actual remedy and governing terms. A marketing heading does not settle every condition.

Describe the concern rather than trying to fit a slogan

Explain what happened: an interrupted connection, an unclear charge, a service not delivered as described or conduct that concerned you. A disagreement with an interpretation is different from an incorrectly billed minute. Let support assess the issue under the relevant policy.

Do not wait for a forecast’s distant deadline if the complaint is already about service delivery; the request window may close much earlier. Keep accuracy claims and service concerns distinct.

How to submit a clear request

  1. Stop a session that you do not want to continue and note the time.
  2. Keep the receipt, advisor name, service format and session date.
  3. Record the specific issue without including unnecessary private details.
  4. Use the official support or resolution route promptly.
  5. Ask which remedy and conditions apply, and save the response.

A concise example is: “My chat with [advisor] on [date/time] was interrupted after [duration]. The receipt shows [charge]. Please review it under the applicable policy and explain the available remedy.” This is a template, not a report of an actual case.

Reviews do not replace a support request

You can describe your experience in feedback, but a public review may not open a resolution case. Use the official channel and retain its reference number if provided. Keep public comments factual and protect private information.

A guarantee is one part of the choice

Also consider reader scope, total cost, privacy and respectful boundaries. A policy cannot certify psychic ability or require you to buy another reading. If a session felt powerful, our guide to turning insight into safe action helps you choose a measured next step.

For support with distress, psychic readings and therapy explains their different roles. You can pause spending while you consider what help you actually want.
