1. Who operates YesPsychic
Sydney Grove operates YesPsychic.com in the United States and administers the website’s comments. You can contact Sydney at [email protected] or use the contact page.

2. Contact messages
When you email us or submit the contact form, you provide information such as your name, email address, subject and message. We use that information to handle your inquiry, respond where appropriate and review the website issue you raise. Contact messages are stored in Gmail and deleted after one year.
Please send only what is needed for your inquiry. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, private medical records or another person’s confidential information.
3. Comments and public information
Comments are stored in WordPress. Sydney Grove administers access to comment information. The display name, comment and any website link you choose to publish can be seen by other readers; the email address supplied with a comment is not displayed as part of the public comment.
WordPress also records technical information associated with submissions, including an IP address and browser information, to help with moderation and spam detection. Comments and their associated information are retained indefinitely unless removed. Please consider what you want to make public before posting, especially when discussing relationships or personal experiences.
4. Website delivery, security and Cloudflare
Requests to load the website involve technical information such as an IP address, requested page, browser information and request time. Hosting and security systems process this information to deliver pages, identify abuse and protect the website. Wordfence is used for website security.
Cloudflare provides website delivery, protection and performance information. Its performance beacon measures how pages load. Cloudflare describes this measurement in its Web Analytics collection documentation. This performance measurement is separate from the data processed to deliver and secure a request.
YesPsychic does not use Google Analytics 4, Google AdSense, advertising pixels or newsletter tracking. We do not state a fixed retention period for infrastructure logs or Cloudflare measurements here because no site-specific period has been confirmed.
5. Cookies and browser choices
Website functions and security services may use cookies, including cookies that support a security check or remember comment details when you choose that option. Cloudflare explains the purposes of its different security and traffic-management cookies in its cookie documentation; not every cookie listed there is necessarily used on this website.
You can review, block or remove cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies can affect features or security checks. A service you visit through an external link has its own cookie and privacy practices.
6. Linked services and affiliate links
Some links are affiliate links, and YesPsychic may receive a commission when a reader makes a purchase through them. Purchases, bookings and customer accounts are handled by the linked services, not on YesPsychic.com. Information you give those services is handled under their own privacy policies and terms. Review those policies before sharing information.
7. Access, correction and removal requests
Email [email protected] to ask about information you have sent us, request a correction or ask for a comment to be removed. Include enough detail to identify the message or comment, such as its page address and approximate date. Do not send sensitive identity documents with an initial request.
We may need to confirm that a request relates to your information before responding. A request concerning an account, payment or booking at a linked service should be sent to that service. This policy does not replace any rights that apply under relevant privacy law.
8. Changes and questions
We may update this page when the website’s practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. For a question about this policy, contact Sydney using the email or mailing address above.
